• Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with foreign clients.

Responsibilities & Context

Sajeeb Group invites applications from competent & potential talents for the position of “Assistant Manager- Export”. Preference will be given to applicants having experience in export department of any reputed food & beverage company.

Responsibilities

• Source & appoint new buyer/importer.
• Maintain regular communication with the existing buyers & Collect orders and payments from the Buyer.
• Measure the export demand for every month, giving the order to the factory as per demand and monitoring the Production position.
• Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods to assist customers.
• Work with the marketing team for market development, Business strategic planning & promotional activities and help the distributors to increase market demand and market coverage.
• Must have knowledge about product packaging development and how to enlist the product with the foreign government.
• Communicate with the buyer/business partners country on a wise regular basis.
• Arrange documentation and proceed to shipment (Ensure pre and Post shipment documents, and Complete all related banking formalities in time).
• Any other task assigned by management.
