Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiar with a variety of design tools suited for the online world.
• Excellent knowledge of branding material designs like products label, packaging, covers, brochures, leaflets, social media kits, and outdoor branding materials.
• Understanding of layouts & usage of colors, good sense of typography and design skills.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of food industry design trends is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Sajeeb Group is seeking a talented and dedicated “Assistant Manager (Graphic Designer)” to contribute our dynamic work environment and help drive our creative design initiatives to new heights. Candidates having experience in FMCG Industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics that are aesthetically attractive for products label, packaging and digital or printed documents, such as websites, marketing leaflet, and social media post.

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Make sure branding components and messaging are consistent throughout all design projects.
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Collaborate with the brand team to understand their design requirements and ensure engaging visuals deliver the desired message.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, resources, and methods to improve our aesthetics on a constant basis.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
