Additional Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in poultry hatchery.
Strong understanding of incubation, chick quality, hatchery biosecurity protocols.
Effective leadership, communication and team management skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ensure optimal incubation procedures are consistently followed to achieve maximum hatchability and chick quality.
Maintain biosecurity protocols, and oversee thorough cleaning and disinfection of all hatchery areas to prevent disease outbreaks.
Supervise the proper storage and handling of eggs in a clean, bio-secure environment from collection through setting and transfer.
Ensure chicks are hatched under ideal conditions and processed with minimal stress, maintaining the highest standards of quality and welfare.
Train hatchery staff regularly to improve performance, adherence to protocols, and understanding of hatchery operations.
Lead and manage the hatchery team efficiently, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant departments.
