Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques to find candidates with specific skills and experience relevant to specific roles.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate technical skills through assignments, coding challenges, or technical interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged with the company’s opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to effectively communicate the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
