Additional Requirements

Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
Mange work orders, including both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with the store to collect spare parts to ensure for timely repairs.Assign skilled personnel to ensure task completion.
Maintain Health Check Sheets as per SOP for ensuring accurate documentation of machine conditions.
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
Participate in troubleshooting work to identify the root causes of breakdowns.
Check spare parts stock & its quality to ensure the reliability of components.
Lead the team, train subordinates and performance evaluations.
Execute, and supervise projects, including upgrades and installations.
Achieve maintenance spare costs within the department budget.
Ensure to minimize maintenance breakdown target as per plan.
