Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose 

This position will play a pivotal role in shaping bKash’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role encompasses concept development, and execution in areas of employer branding, employee value proposition (EVP) articulation, and communications to attract, engage, and retain top talent. The role demands a detailed understanding of the organization’s culture, priorities, and business needs, aligning these with external perceptions and candidate experience. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a cohesive employer brand development plan that aligns with the overarching business objectives, recruitment priorities, and cultural values of bKash.

  • Collaborate closely with campuses and the business to identify current and future hiring needs, developing effective sourcing of fresh graduates.

  • Organize and participate in various campus activities, including grooming sessions, guest lectures, job fairs, and campus programs, to establish a strong market presence and attract talent.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with campuses that align with bKash’s recruitment objectives, expanding the reach and impact of talent acquisition efforts.

  • Oversee the Employer Brand flagship programs, ensuring they effectively meet the evolving needs of the business and contribute to the development of future leaders.

  • Design, develop, and manage the Campus Ambassador program, overseeing its entire lifecycle from recruitment to completion and ensuring its effectiveness in promoting bKash as an employer of choice.

  • Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive employer branding plan that aligns with the overall HR strategy, enhances bKash’s reputation, and attracts top talent.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction, proactively recommending and integrating innovative approaches to maintain bKash’s competitive edge.

  • Oversee the development and execution of targeted recruitment activities that effectively communicate bKash’s unique value proposition and attract top talent across various channels.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, consultants, and partners involved in employer branding initiatives, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with bKash’s objectives.

  • Develop and manage the employer branding budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and achieve strategic goals.
