Responsibilities & Context

To facilitate communication and collaboration between departments & teams.
Maintain Liaison with different stakeholders & Clients to achieve company goals.
To ensure & maintain all Logistics Vehicles & Equipment.
To ensure identification of vehicle troubles, repairs, routine maintenance, and integrated logistics solutions to improve the overall transport plan.
To develop a transport risk management plan to improve the process of transport execution.
To monitor the vehicle maintenance, workshop field work, minor & major accidental risks, and Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
To ensure the scheduled maintenance for all vehicles.
To ensure the creation of a Purchase Requisition.
To ensure and maintain the updates of the Vehicle.
To monitor the outer repair work (Lathe workshop, radiator, denting, painting contractual work, etc.)
To monitor & ensure minor & major maintenance report, vehicle documents & record of repair works, processing & checking.
To ensure the preparation of daily maintenance reports of different types of engines and vehicles.
To Optimize resources and cost.
Handle requests and queries appropriately and inform the Management regularly.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
