Additional Requirements

Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in creating technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of ICT products such as CCTV, PA systems, fire detection, access control, time attendance systems, networking, PABX, and many more.

Develop comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation timelines, to effectively communicate solution details to clients.
Communicate with foreign principals via email and other platforms.
Provide accurate cost estimates and ROI calculations, working closely with the sales team to meet client budget requirements.
Assist the sales team by offering technical support, addressing client inquiries, and overcoming objections.
Ensure a smooth handover to the post-sales team, offering insights and documentation to support the implementation and ongoing support phases.
Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQs) from survey data & hand over completed BOQs to the sales team and make adjustments based on their feedback as needed.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features and capabilities to potential customers.
Research how to develop the company’s own solution architecture system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track customer interactions, survey and generate performance insights.
