- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven experience in ISP, IIG, or telecom infrastructure, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or operational head capacity.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of sales representatives, fiber technicians, and customer support executives to meet aggressive KPIs.
