  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in modern trade sales within the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop promotional plans and activities tailored for modern trade channels to drive sales growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key modern trade accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with retail partners to align on business objectives.
  • Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, promotions, and shelf space agreements.
  • Track and analyze sales data to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any sales shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and gather market insights.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and activation’s.
  • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to incorporate customer insights into new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
