Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain 25 Brand promoters in different outlets of Dhaka.
- Ensure on time PO and delivery, Product availability and achieve sales target.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the modern trade channel.
- Manage and build relationships with the outlet manager and other officials, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility and effective in-store promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Provide guidance and support to the Brand promoter, contributing to skill development and performance optimization.
