Proven track record of leading process optimization projects with measurable results.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context
A leading group of companies are looking for two dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Managers to join our Process Improvement team. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing sustainable solutions to optimize our production processes across various departments. Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process optimization strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Lead projects focused on reducing costs, increasing productivity, and improving product quality.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve issues in production processes.
Train and mentor teams on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
