Assist in analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.
Assist in preparing the Budget for project-wise requirements for machinery and utility.
Analyse Autocad drawings and prepare as per site requirements for different projects.
Assist to source different suppliers and get offers as per the requirement of different machinery for process and utility from different projects.
Prepare a detailed Comparative Statement for importable machinery as per the given specification of machinery and utility.
Prepare detailed comparative statements for local fabrication and installation works for vendor selection in collaboration with the Technical Service Department (TSD).
Follow-up regularly with the factory engineering team and assigned vendors for timely execution of individual jobs.
Conduct regular site visits to review local electro-mechanical works and report findings to the department head.
Assist in ensuring that each project execution is done within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Coordinate meetings with various project teams to ensure timely execution.
