Additional Requirements

Supervise and monitor the quality of products during production to ensure compliance with established standards.
Responsible to maintain proper documentation for all kind of IPQC activities.
To reduce manufacturing fault by maintain product quality as standard.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standard for beverage product with microbiological, chemical and sensory analysis.
Responsible to ensure personnel hygiene, GHK as GMP guideline.
Perform routine checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to identify deviations or quality issues.
Ensure that proper corrective actions are taken in real-time to prevent any deviations from quality standards.
Ensure all test results are documented and any non-compliance is reported to senior management immediately.
Prepare reports on quality control activities, including trends, issues, and actions taken, for management review.
Investigate non-conformance events by performing root cause analysis.
Carry out any assignment given by senior management as and when required.
