Responsibilities & Context
Study retail market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
Determine retail merchandising and services to be sold and implement the price and cost of the product (PUMA, Nike, Adidas, and Levi’s brands).
Conduct range selection and buying based on store grade and band.
Establish a representative of the product line to enable retail channels.
Maintain the Visual Merchandising (VM) in all retail stores and update according to global Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines for PUMA, Nike, Adidas and Levi’s brands.
Conduct proper outlet distribution plans, and oversee store management and stock control.
Analyze the market, and potential competitors and plan promotions for the campaign.
Train the store managers and sales personnel on product specification and Visual Merchandising (VM).
Maintain efficient stock purchase and supply for better sales.
Design a season-wise purchase plan and prepare budget accordingly.
Drive net sales and GP for the channel.
Track inventory levels of outlets, CDC, and E-Commerce & generate various kinds of sales reports.
Maintain store shelves by observing displays of products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
Follow up on deliveries and take immediate action in case of late deliveries.
Generate yearly performance review report.
