Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the team.
Maximize sales, growth, and market penetration.
Secure business from key and new accounts to achieve targets & increase market share.
Research and develop marketing and project development strategies.
Evaluate sales effectiveness, methods, costs, and results.
Participate in new project proposal development.
Establish and implement short- and long-term sales goals.
Foster positive customer relationships.
Manage all sales activities within assigned regions.
Expedite customer problem and complaint resolution.
Coordinate sales with finance, production, and technical support.
Provide reports on customer needs, market trends, and product potential.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Customer Activity Monitoring: Track and analyze customer activities.
Secure orders from existing and new customers.
