Additional Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in RMG or related trims & accessories company is must.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good Communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Handle quotes, presentations, contracts, and after-sales.
• Provide reports and adhere to company policies.
• Monitor customer needs and competitor activity.
• Maximize profit using KPIs.
• Develop unique sales techniques.
• Identify and secure new market opportunities.
• Resolve client issues with internal teams & ensure timely issue resolution.
