Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:

To plan and carry out the overall Sales and promotional activity of Packaging items.
Responsible for the sales target achievement of the sales team.
Responsible for the reduction of the Credit limit.
Ensure delivery on time in full.
Ensure customer visits by the sales team to generate better sales orders.
Maximize Utilization of Factory Machines.
early sales forecast and achievement plan.
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
Monitoring competitors’ activity and reporting to the supervisor.
Train the sales team to keep them motivated.
Another job as and when assigned by the management.
