Education

Additional Requirements

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, production analysis, and time study techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to improve production processes.·
• Proficiency in IE software tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery used in woven garments.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in planning and implementing production layouts, methods, and systems to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements in machinery, workflow, and manpower. Monitor and evaluate line performance, suggest ways to improve productivity, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard operating procedures (SOP) and improve efficiency.
• Develop manpower and machine productivity benchmarks to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and ensure continuous improvement in production processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide training to production staff on effective work methods and process optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production Planning to achieve organizational goals.
