Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, production analysis, and time study techniques.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to improve production processes.·
Proficiency in IE software tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery used in woven garments.
Responsibilities & Context
Assist in planning and implementing production layouts, methods, and systems to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze production processes and suggest improvements in machinery, workflow, and manpower. Monitor and evaluate line performance, suggest ways to improve productivity, and ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
Conduct time and motion studies to set standard operating procedures (SOP) and improve efficiency.
Develop manpower and machine productivity benchmarks to ensure cost-effective operations.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and ensure continuous improvement in production processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Provide training to production staff on effective work methods and process optimization.
Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production Planning to achieve organizational goals.
