Additional Requirements

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).

• Monitor server performance and resource utilization, and optimize configurations as needed.

• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.

• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations regarding user access.

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and services deployed on servers and workstations.

• Deploy updates, patches, and security fixes to ensure system integrity and stability.

• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems and data.

• Test backup and recovery processes regularly to verify their effectiveness.

• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to protect IT infrastructure from cybersecurity threats.

• Monitor security logs, conduct security audits, and respond to security incidents as needed.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams or vendors for resolution.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.

• Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance status.
