Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibility Transport Personnel
- Supervising and monitoring all the maintenance works of the depot vehicles and communicate with Central Transport, Abdullahpur for proper advice, if required.
- Keeping records for all types of periodic maintenance of the vehicles, repairing or replacement of the spare parts and all types of vehicle documents of the depot.
- Maintaining and monitoring fuel intake and consumption of the vehicles as well as keeping proper records of it.
- Supervising and monitoring different types of spare parts purchase for the depot vehicles and also engage in the purchase process.
- Preparing Monthly ERP Van Maintenance report of the depot and send it to the concerned person of Central Transport, Abdullahpur within the specific timeline.
