- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional HR or procurement certification is a plus.
- Must have sound knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
Responsibilities & Context
- Help management to implement HR policies and ensure procedures of compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain proper recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and arranging to scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records.
- Prepare and record keeping all certificates of every employee’s file based on post position.
- Prepare all HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Prepare and develop to implement procurement strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers, and help negotiate contacts.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Market research to identify potential suppliers and new products for purchase.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on procurement activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions as per management decision.
