Requirements
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Human Resource Management) from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of database management and MIS
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate with different functions to gather data, maintain and update databases
- Collect all the required documents of new joiners to maintain personal files
- Create New personal files of new joiners and input the data into HRMS software
- Process and organize documentation, and update the files in EDMS software
- Analyze data and prepare progress reports as needed
- Assist in arranging employee engagement programs and other activities of the department
