Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in analyzing job samples and preparing loading plans
- Assist in creating effective production plans and monitoring production to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee the preparation of samples and obtain approval from the relevant authorities
- Prepare tailoring costs based on design specifications
- Ensure timely production of the required quality through vigilant supervision and monitoring
- Check and assure product quality to minimize production costs and rejection/alteration rates
- Send weekly loading reports to the Aarong Centre
- Monitor the “Daily Production Report” and maintain communication with management
- Assist the Centre Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining both new and existing workers
- Prepare wage calculations, maintain wage registers, and update workers’ passbooks as necessary.
