A Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed university

Assist in analyzing job samples and preparing loading plans
Assist in creating effective production plans and monitoring production to ensure timely delivery
Oversee the preparation of samples and obtain approval from the relevant authorities
Prepare tailoring costs based on design specifications
Ensure timely production of the required quality through vigilant supervision and monitoring
Check and assure product quality to minimize production costs and rejection/alteration rates
Send weekly loading reports to the Aarong Centre
Monitor the “Daily Production Report” and maintain communication with management
Assist the Centre Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining both new and existing workers
Prepare wage calculations, maintain wage registers, and update workers’ passbooks as necessary.

Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Health and Life Insurance and others as per organization policy
