Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• A university degree in Mathematics or Statistics is preferred. This role requires someone who is proficient in both Mathematics and English. This will be tested during the interview process.
• Happy to consider applications from candidates/ current students who have strong and relevant academic background (For example: Mathematics , Economics, MBA from top Universities) but do not have necessary work experience.

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Research Organization
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Potential candidates need to be able to speak and follow instructions in English seamlessly. (Please provide examples in your cover letter to be considered for this role.)
• Successful candidates must commit to working for at least three years, as the company will invest significant time and resources in training them.
• You will need access to strong and stable internet connection alongside access to a laptop at all times. Internet connection cost will be subsidised. However, please ensure you live in an area where high speed (at least 30mbs) internet connections are available.

Responsibilities & Context

We have a few highly rewarding opportunities for ambitious and self-driven individuals. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and a strong individual contributor, as this is a start-up. In addition, a portion of your overall compensation will be performance-based.

• You will be working as an Assistant Securities and Stocks Trader in diversified foreign markets (however not only limited to stocks and securities).
• You will work from home and online.
• All training will be provided.
• You will analyse trends and use the tools provided to make decisions and execute transactions based on your research information.
• Fifty percent of your time will be dedicated to research, and the remaining time to executing transactions.
• You will also maintain a profit and loss account for the portfolio which you be accountable.

• Performance bonus

In addition to the base salary, you will receive 10% of the profit from your managed portfolio, which can easily exceed 200% of your monthly salary, based on performance and achievement of monthly goals.
