Additional Requirements

To ensure execution of the construction work as per schedule.
To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
To prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Project Manager to take corrective measures if necessary.
Receiving and issuing all kinds of construction materials including cement, rod, bricks, sand, stone, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, thai etc. and maintaining store records of receipt and issue of construction materials.
Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from supplies.
Shall be fully conversant with store management procedures including handling of preparation of excess- shortage-damage reports, material return, material reconciliation etc.
Any other responsibility or task given by the management.
