Education

Responsibilities & Context

  • Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure program consistency.
  • Mentor junior teachers and lead academic committees and school events.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
  • Maintain accurate student records and complete related administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff, participating in staff meetings and committees.
  • Integrate technology into teaching practices and utilize online platforms for remote learning.
  • Support students’ emotional and social development within a supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Skills & Expertise

Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)

Must have good oral and written communication skill in English
