Airport Lounge:
Deliver personalized services to high-net-worth guests.
Greet and welcome visitors warmly to create a valued and privileged experience.
Strengthen the brand’s positive image through professional engagement.
Assist guests with banking services and inquiries as needed.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposits, loans, and credit cards.
Airport Exchange Booth:
Accurately provide foreign currency exchange services with due diligence.
Verify annual foreign currency endorsement limits in customer passports.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations through up-to-date knowledge of policies.
Support the profitability of both the exchange booth and the broader banking operations.
