Summary

Education

The candidate must hold a BBA in Marketing with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class/division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university.

Candidates must possess technical expertise in consumer products, sales methodologies, order processing, payment systems, market demographics, user profiling, and customer preference analysis
Strong communication skills are essential, along with proven abilities in networking, negotiation, customer relationship management, strategic decision-making, and report preparation
Must be capable of performing effectively under pressure

Manage the sales and distribution of premium rice varieties—including Chinigura, Polawor, Miniket, Najirshail, BRAC Dahan-2—as well as dal and honey products
Devise and implement weekly visitation plan for modern trade and departmental stores; consistently update management on sales progress and action plans
Ensure optimal product display at retail outlets; oversee timely credit recovery processes
Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory
Organize and participate in promotional campaigns at key outlets; represent the company at fairs and public events to demonstrate products
Oversee the placement of promotional materials at trade points and local markets; ensure brand visibility and consistency
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and policies; provide management with insights and recommendations
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
