Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or mobile application industry for minimum 2 years will add value.

Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in working with various online systems and software.

Availability for regular status meetings and updates with the project team.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to adhere to project timelines and deliverables.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Service Details:

Experience working closely with stakeholders including UX Designers, Developers, and the Marketing team.

Ensure the roadmap balances the needs of different aspects of the platform, considering factors like user needs, business goals, technical dependencies, and resource availability

Balance the prioritization of innovative new features with necessary maintenance and technical debt reduction.

Ensure that while new features drive growth, the platform remains stable, secure, and performant

Break down the roadmap into actionable sprints or release cycles, ensuring that development teams have clear, prioritized work items

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of products

Create clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development as per the requirement

Collaborate with Developers to manage sprint planning and ensure effective prioritization of tasks

Coordinate with development team to oversee release management, including scheduling and deployment of product updates

Ensure that all product features and enhancements meet quality standards before release

Leverage data insights to inform and guide product decisions, ensuring they are based on evidence rather than assumptions

Monitor key performance metrics like load times, app stability, and user engagement across all platforms

Identify and implement improvements to optimize product performance and user experience
