ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 2-3 years FACE TO FACE Customer Care Experience
- Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
- Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly
- Communication Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Analytical Skills: Analyzes sales data and metrics to inform strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Focus: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Adaptability: Adjusts strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and team dynamics.
- Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
Responsibilities & Context
JOB CONTEXT: We are looking for a talented Sales personnel, whose main responsibility will be to generate sales by making a good customer relationship and ensure smooth sales operations.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Achieving sales target as per annual business plan.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers.
- Understand the Client’s needs and identify the scope for sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to facebook queries with detailed information.
- Engage the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
- Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.
- Any task assigned by the management
JOB NATURE: Full-Time (Retail standard 10am to 8.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday)
Compensation & Other Benefits
Festival Bonus : 1 month full salary for confirmed employee
