We are seeking a Sales Associate (Inbound & Outbound) to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers. You will develop sales strategies, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales efforts. This role offers the opportunity to make a social impact, support local communities, and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, qualify leads, and recommend delivery solutions.
• Identify and acquire merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead conversion, upsell logistics solutions, and achieve acquisition targets.
• Educate customers on pricing, service agreements, and market trends while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, optimize strategies, and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Driver Operations, and Customer Service teams to enhance lead generation and customer experience.
• Support outbound sales for joint campaigns, events, and market intelligence to refine inbound strategies.
