Additional Requirements

Knowledge regarding configuration and troubleshooting in detail for PC (windows and Mac), laptop, printer and other IT peripheral devices.
Exposure to networking concepts, data backup, and antivirus/security tools.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support to end users, systems troubleshooting and operate IT asset management software.

Ensure the installation, configuration and efficient operation of all types of PCs, laptops, printers, UPS systems, and other end-user devices, while proactively maintaining their high availability and performance.
Install and maintain business applications, utilities, and executable setups (EXE).
Support basic LAN/WAN and AD troubleshooting.
Support users with application errors, updates, and access issues.
Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
Educate users on system functionality and best practices.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
