ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in DIRECT SALES in same positions
- Working knowledge of any ERP Software
- Must be energetic, proactive, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks.
Responsibilities & Context
- Location: Dhaka (Banani-11)
- JOB NATURE: Full time (Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the branch is fully operational during business hours, with all departments functioning efficiently.
- Ensure POS systems, retail software, and other operational tools are functioning correctly and staff are trained in their use.
- Set monthly sales Target basis and plan to achieve.
- Supervise till operations, reconcile daily sales with register reconciliation, bank deposits to CRM, and ensure accurate end-of-day reports
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, ensuring expenses remain within approved limits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or product quality.
- Ensure that all customers receive an outstanding service, whether in-store, on the phone, or online
- Handle complex customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Manage orders to maintain optimal stock without overstocking or understocking.
- Prepare Daily and weekly report
- Ensure and check Preserve required data like customer buying patterns and market trends.
- Provide onboarding and continuous training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Compensation & Other Benefits
LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:
- Remuneration: 35,000/- to 38,000/-
- Incentive: If Achieve target
- Festival Bonus: 1 month salary for two festive
- Lunch: Partially subsidized
- Corporate Mobile Sim: As per company Policy
- Additional Allowance: Conveyance and mobile allowance
