Conduct research and development (R&D) for engine oil & other lubricant formulations to improve product effectiveness.
Ensure quality control by testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in accordance with industry standards.
Develop and optimize formulations for both mono and multi grade lubricant products.
Perform stability studies and chemical analysis to ensure long-term product quality.
Collaborate with the production team to enhance manufacturing processes and troubleshoot formulation-related issues.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (BSTI, ISO etc.) and safety protocols in chemical handling.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to recommend improvements in existing formulations.
Test and validate new raw materials for potential cost and performance benefits.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including formulation sheets, test reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure adherence to environmental and workplace safety regulations while handling chemicals and laboratory equipment.
