We are seeking an experienced Asst. General Manager to spearhead our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land, villa & condo sales and be able to lead and motivate a team of 3-4 individuals.

• Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
