We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to spearhead our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land, villa & condo sales and be able to lead and motivate a team of 3-4 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the land sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate market.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.

• Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
