Responsibilities & Context
- He will be responsible for designing and running the Management Information System (MIS).
- This will include – design MIS system, data collection tool, data analysis and developing synthesis report.
- The incumbent will also work closely with sales and distributor.
- Create excel templates for data collection and reporting. Collect sales information and prepare a consolidated report.
- Sale data comparisons daily/ monthly.
- Collect daily expenses and prepare a report in view of that.
- Prepare a daily/ monthly report comparing between lifting and daily sales.
- Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer.
- Review individual sales team performance.
- Prepare a product wise stock report. Prepare a report on discount given to customer Calculate damage products of dealer and depot.
- Provide various types of information as per queries of management.
