Responsibilities & Context

GPDL Smart Bazar Ltd., a rapidly growing retail super shop business, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join as an Assistant Manager – Operation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
• Supervise and manage outlet staff, including work schedules and performance.
• Maintain inventory levels, stock rotation, and minimize wastage & damage products.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales estimates for sales staff and achieve the sales target.
• Morning briefing to discuss the daily objectives and action plan with the sales staff.
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Maintain a housekeeping, outlet organized, display merchandising and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
• Conduct regular audits, analyze sales trends, and generate performance reports.
• Monitoring, Train, mentorship, and motivate staff to enhance efficiency with productivity and service quality.
