We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operation to oversee our retail operations, ensure efficiency, and drive business growth.

Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and operational efficiency.
Set clear business objectives and ensure their achievement.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
Implement promotional campaigns to attract customers.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Optimize inventory levels to reduce wastage and stock shortages.
Implement inventory tracking systems for accurate reporting.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Train staff on customer service best practices.
New Recruit, Training, and manage store staff for business Profitability plan.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching.
Motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
Prepare and manage budgets to control operational costs.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure proper cash handling and financial reporting.
Work with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Identify and execute partnership opportunities for growth.
