Responsibilities & Context
Overseeing daily factory processes, tracking production schedules & ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
Coordinate with factory teams to monitor and address any issues related to quality control or production delaying.
Support Supply Chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers & ensuring timely delivery of imported components.
Assist in managing stock levels & ensuring seamless material flow to meet production needs.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries, building strong relationships for long term partnerships.
Assist in identifying new sourcing opportunities to optimize costs & diversify supplier options.
Collaborate with the Operation Department & SCM Department to confirm orders, maintain orders schedules & ensure production aligns with sales forecasts.
Help Develop and implement strategies to meet demand forecasts and production targets.
Collect and analyze data related to Market output, Factory output, Supply Chain efficiency & Inventory usage.
Prepare reports & PPT, providing insights on key metrics & areas of improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending and implementing process optimizations for enhanced productivity and cost savings.
Support the implementation of new technologies or practices that improve operational efficiency.
