Assist in brainstorming and developing new product concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer trends.
Conduct research on consumer needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform product development strategies.
Support formulation and sample testing, including organizing sensory evaluations, gathering feedback, and refining product characteristics.
Manage timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of product development stages, including R&D, packaging, quality assurance, and marketing.
Work closely with procurement, packaging, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure that all product specifications meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, packaging, and promotional materials.
Support the product testing process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before release.
Review and evaluate consumer feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement and future development.
Analyze material costs and suggest improvements to maximize profitability.
