Additional Requirements

Monitoring & troubleshooting of the network and reporting.
Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues, & Scheduling.
Good hands-on knowledge in BGP configuration, static routing, NAT, STP, VLANs, End-User Bandwidth Shaping using Mikrotik etc.
Good working knowledge on network topologies, equipment, protocols & services (eg. routers, switches, OLT)
Collaborating with NOC and the system support team to ensure the company’s efficient service.
Tier-1 & Tier-2 support for customers (ISPs)
Intending to participate in on-site support at CPE
Customer solution/requirement assessment
Skilled in Mikrotik device administration
will get preference for who know Cisco/Juniper/Huawei
Good working knowledge and understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
