Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – QC to oversee quality control processes in our factory specializing in garments. The role demands expertise in managing quality standards, implementing inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and international quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards across all production stages, including raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Implement quality systems to ensure compliance with ISO, AQL, and buyer-specific requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and minimize defects.
Conduct regular in-line and final inspections to identify defects and ensure quality consistency.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports for buyer audits and inspections.
Address and resolve issues raised during audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Promote lean manufacturing practices to minimize waste while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Troubleshoot quality issues promptly to avoid delays in production and shipments.
Conduct regular training programs for QC staff to enhance their technical knowledge and skill set.
Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes and corrective actions.
Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
