Oversee the inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Regularly update stock levels, ensuring minimal downtime in maintenance operations.
Organize storage areas for easy access and efficient use of space.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages, overstocking, and losses.
Conduct periodic stock-taking exercises to verify inventory accuracy.
Process and record stock requisitions, returns, and adjustments as necessary.
Coordinate with the procurement department to replenish items based on stock levels and future demand.
Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock received, issued, and available balances.
Update and manage inventory databases and ensure all data entries are accurate.
Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock usage, and upcoming needs for maintenance planning.
Facilitate quick response to urgent part requirements to reduce equipment downtime.
