Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and utensils following food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients as needed.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and customize drinks according to customer preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow hotel standards and procedures to maintain quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
