Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch located in the computer market of Dhaka.
  • Direct all operational aspects including channel distribution operations, customer service, and sales (i.e., corporate visits to generate sales through the team and effectively participate in tenders to generate sales).
  • Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
  • Implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow-up and monitoring to achieve planned business targets, and ensure the recovery of dues.
  • Overall responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for the branch.
  • Ability to sell products such as projectors, interactive whiteboards, interactive flat panels, digital display boards, laptops, desktops, video walls, sound systems, language labs, note-counting machines, etc.
  • Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, maintaining business with existing customers.
  • Accelerate action plans to identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.
  • Find new customers for business development and ensure maximum customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to convince corporate clients and government bodies.
  • Control all operational activities of the branch.
  • Arrange promotional activities like dealer programs, fairs, road shows, and campaigns. Encourage dealers to promote your product.
  • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
  • Responsible for branch and employee management concerning attendance, visits, display, credit recovery, etc.
  • Manage all marketing communications and requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
  • Lead the branch team effectively, ensuring all business and operational goals are met.
