Responsibilities & Context
- To lead the Branch Operations including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Dealer Management (2W, 3W, 4W), Administration, VAT/Tax, Service, Spare Parts, Workshop etc. efficiently.
- To lead the Sales and Service people efficiently.
- Prepare yearly Sales forecast for 2W/3W/4W, Spare Parts & Service of UML- Showroom and all Dealers Plan for Sales enhancement of 3S Dealers to ensure target achievement.·
- Prepare calendar for yearly product promotion & field activities of Branch and Dealers and ensure implementation accordingly
- Maintain continuous liaison with plants, logistics service providers for smooth Delivery of products to all dealers destination as per DO.·
- Extension of dealers network (2W/3W/4W & Spare Parts) to cover the unrepresented areas·
- Ensure minimum maximum Service redemption of Sales and achievement of paid Service target·
- Take initiative for network expansion.·
- Monitor competitor’s activities product features, Sales network etc.·
- Collect Market information & suggest action plan to NSM/COO.·
- To arrange continuous Training for Dealers & their employees to make them market oriented to face competition·
- Collection of market data, BRTA Regis, data & other information and submit analytical report to concerned authority·
- Responsible for smooth running of the Branch in terms of Sales, Parts & Service and guide Branch people effectively·
- Daily data update in computer system including office Software.·
- All types of report preparation & submission to Management from time to time·
- Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.
